One of the employees (Taylor) happened to walk by so, I asked her opinion and she agreed. She then sat down on the floor and together we figured out the correct way to put it on. The great customer service & amazing staff like her, are the reason Premier Pet is the only pet store I'll go to. Thanks again to Taylor...not all heros wear capes 😉
