She had taken him to 3 vets trying to get help with him, only to be told they couldn't do anything until she made the hardest decision ever, to put him down. Only then to be treated horrible! It's hard enough to go to an appt that is horrible and emotionally draining but then to be treated like you're basically killing your dog is disgusting! These vets charge outrage amounts of money, my mom has spent thousands trying to get him well and she's over 70 yrs old, on a fixed income and disabled. Do they think she made this decision easily! Absolutely outrageous! And charged over $300 just to put him to peace! Other vets quated us from $500-800! It's insane that people can't even afford to euthanize their animals!

Banfield is by far above and beyond the best vet I have ever had the pleasure of taking my animals to. Whether I’ve had to take them in for urgent or non urgent care, every staff member and doctor I have met were amazing, attentive, professional and supportive. I have never been to a vet where it is so clear every single person loves what they do and have so much compassion for the animals that come in. They are also willing to work with you for more expensive procedures and don’t try and push additional services and are very straightforward about what is best for your animal. I especially appreciate them following up after visits to check on how your animals are doing. I recommend Banfield to anyone and everyone and would never consider going to another vet. You are truly doing the best for your pet by bringing them here and will be able to feel confident they are in the best possible hands.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
