Waited for someone to see my cat. No one was there. They said they were at lunch. Unprofessional

This place was AMAZING, I had three dogs coming in one at a time, four vaccines each and they had me in and out in a half hour. So kind and gentle with them all, 10/10 recommend!

This place was recommended by Dr. McLaughlin's staff after he retired. BIG mistake. My appointment reminder said to arrive early - so I did. My cat is nervous at the vet and especially around loud noises, dogs, etc. When I arrived, the clinic area was cordoned off. Apparently the staff (all of them) were out on lunch. They haven't heard of a thing called staggered lunch breaks. I had no space to sit or even put my pet's carrier down. I had to stand by the cart bank. During this time 4 different staff walked past and NONE offered help. All they had to do was say hello and take the rope down so we could sit. Not a single one did. They acted like we were a nuisance. One person passed me on her way out to smoke. No joke. That's how little she cared. If staff cannot even be trusted to give the simplest courtesy of a hello, why would you *ever* trust them with your pet's care? The answer is - DON'T. Note to staff: If you don't want patients to arrive early for appointments, don't tell them to.

Had a appointment for vaccines today, was 5 minutes late and was told I had to reschedule because they were leaving and the appointments are only 5 minutes long, there is nooo policy that says you can not be even a little late and how can you do a appointment in only 5 minutes? It's sooo unprofessional. Petco and Vetco together have HORRIBLE customer service, go to pet smart!
