- ASAusten ShiauDec 27, 20251.0Poor communication and wasted time. I came in for a nail trim and was told by the groomer, Shiori, to return at noon. When I came back on time, no one was at the counter, and I ended up waiting over 20 minutes. I was then told they couldn’t do the nail trim without medical records—something never mentioned upfront. Total waste of time. If you value your time don't come to this location.
