Other day I ran there quickly because I got a new dog and he had diarrhea and I didn't like the food that the shelter gave me. So I ran to this Petco and the girl that has been there a really long time help me pick a new food and some other items everything worked out perfect in less then 2 days his diarrhea cleared up. I know it's not the most pleasant sounding review but I just wanted to mention that they are very helpful and that is exactly why I'm glad I went there. She's a great five star employee I wish I got her name.

Warren, MI 48092 I didn't realize until my travels today to several Petco stores that most are located within short distances of each other: Rochester, Troy, Warren. The manager was very accomodating. I traveled a long distance to pick up special diet for my cats. Item was available as promised. Thank you for helping me with this specific food for my food allergy furbabies.
- SRSkel_ RaeFeb 12, 20265.0Went in yesterday to pick up a Ball python, unfortunately they were out but were more than happy to help me get a corn snake instead. An associate even walked me through picking out everything I would need to fill their tank with as well as some basic care tips and everything else I needed to get things set up for my Snake when I got them home. They weren't overly pushy about up selling anything and didn't try to twist my arm into going for a full setup, just enough to make sure the snake was comfortable. They even made sure to let me know that the snake had been fed recently so I knew when they would eat again. At the end, if I had not been in a rush for my Uber. They even offered to print up a care sheet for me with all the information I would need. These guys care about their job and the animals they work with. Unlike the other big box pet store. If I could remember names well I'd definitely make sure the two guys who helped me get the recognition they deserve. I'll definitely be coming back for any future supplies.
