    We took our eight month old puppy here to get his first haircut with Niki and it was a really great experience. She made him look wonderful and did exactly what we asked her to do. I’ll take him back to see her again!

    Really horribly awful customer service in regards to online and in store dealings together. I went in midday on the third day to pick up online order and they had put it back. I was in a hurry and got a cart and went and reshopped my items in the store. But then they would not honor the prices I paid online for the same items so I had to sit in the store pick them out on my phone to the cart try to find discount and check out. this took another 10 minutes. Then I waited another 15 minutes for the order to appear in their system even though I called the customer service and they said it should appear and the two girls working there heard that. I waited another 15 minutes in the store and it did not come up in their system and they would not let me take it even though they could see it on my phone . They said people take their orders and then cancel them and don't pay. I finally gave up and left to go pick up my takeout that I was a half an hour late to pick up. I called the next morning and they still didn't have my online order for who knows why so I made an order for delivery not wanting to see those people again that were really unpleasant and not helpful. I then tried to exchange one of the boxes of cat food for a different flavor after receiving the order and I spent another 15 minutes in the store while the poor kid up front couldn't just do an exchange and give me the same price I paid online. It was coming up $10 more we sat there and waited for the girls to come up front to help but nobody did. Also the half off toy I was buying my dog did not ring up properly and he needed them to fix that but there was no help to be found. Again I just gave up and left without the toy and with the cat food I didn't want. This particular store customer service is horrendous and in my experience the prices aren't even ringing up to what's advertised sometimes. I also find it super annoying that they're not price matching what you paid online to pick up in their store and do not help out with that at all nor allow me to just check out in the store for the same cost as the order they put back early. I won't go back to their store. I might order online for delivery if they have a good sale.

    Placed an online order on December 03, received an email stating that I have until December 06 to pick up the order. Immediately, contacted the store at the pick up location, asked to get an extension on the pick up date until December 07 to pick it up since we live on the other side of town. December 05, received another email reminding last day for pick up is December 06, otherwise order will be cancelled. I made another call to the same store, was told that there will a note with pick up extension for December 07 pick up, and reassured by the store staff that it will be fine. December 07 morning, arrived at the store and was told by a manager (Nicole) order was cancelled, nothing is on hold for pick up despite the attempted communications. Normally, I do not leave reviews but this is upsetting when being lied to, not once but twice about hold on the order for pick up. I’d rather be told that if you can’t hold or extend the pick up time instead of lies to customer TWICE.
