From the minute I get in this clinic I was treated really nice and I was a little nervous about just leaving the pet for the appointment but they assured me and told me that everything would be just fine and not to worry about him they took really good care of him and everybody was really nice here and introduce themselves I think I was treated great and was respected and the price wasn't that much neither with the coupon.

Do not bring your animal here. They told me my cat was fine and he was anything but fine. Charged with for them doing absolutely nothing. This place wants your money and has 0 good intentions. Its all a scam. If I went to a different vet I would of been able to save my cat. This is a strip mall vet which should say a lot.

I’ve been with Banfield Pet Hospital for a long time and have always gone to the Northville location — I never really had a bad experience there. As life got busier and that location became too far, I started visiting the Troy location since I have family in the area who help me with pick-up and drop-off.
Recently, my dog wasn’t doing well and needed some attention. I made a walk-in appointment at the Waterford location since it’s the closest to me, but I just didn’t feel at peace there — something felt off, so I decided to call the Troy location.
I was very emotional on the phone (it’s always heartbreaking when your pet is sick), and that’s when I spoke with Kelsey — truly an ANGEL. She was so kind, patient, and compassionate that I immediately decided to drive from Waterford to Troy because of her.
My overall experience at the Troy location was a 10/10. Kelsey went above and beyond, and the doctor (Dr. Bonino) who cared for my dog, Kobe, was incredible — detailed, professional, patient, educated, and genuinely sympathetic. They both turned a stressful and emotional experience into something comforting and positive.
Thank you to the entire Troy Banfield team — you have my trust and deepest gratitude. ❤️🐾

They straight up lied to my face.
I had to take my cat in, she had an infection on her neck. Upon picking her up I asked if her injury was looked at they said no, due to she is very disagreeable with being checked, I asked how then can they prescribe a cure, and why didn’t they administer a sedative? The desk person said “ Let me ask the doctor” She then said the doctor called my spouse and asked if they could give the cat a sedative and they said my spouse declined…
I then called my spouse in front of them and she said she never received a call.
Bottom line is they are liars, and they charged me a small fortune for apparently babysitting for a day.
They are just looking for money, if help is what you need for your pets, I recommend somewhere else

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
