- MGMike Gabert6 days ago5.0Highlight of our day is watching the sheer joy our boy Blue has when he gets dropped off at BP. Staff has been exemplary in caring for our fur baby. These ladies have provided pick-up, drop off, applied ear meds after swimming, with unconditional loves and rubs.

Everything from my phone call to inquire, to the staff on site, and the pool itself exceeded our expectations! Our family loved seeing our dog have so much joy after a rough winter! We really appreciated all the towels, and the spot ro give our dog a quick shampoo afterwards. We drove quite a distance for the swim, and it was definitely worth it!

He prances around the house just waiting for me on those days and when we get there, he makes a mad dash to the door! The young ladies that work there are wonderful! They truly love all the dogs and are very caring and considerate. I have seen them helping clients get their dogs in and out of the cars, to and from the building. I can't say enough good things!
