  Have had the pet care plan for seven years. Dr. McAuliffe and staff have always been extremely good with my Great Dane and cats. The care plan has saved a lot of money. Thank you to your phenomenal staff!!

  Avoid this practice. I’ve been trying to terminate a well ness plan for two years since the practice says that many of the devices they won’t perform due their age or condition. I asked for a reduction in price since they won’t provide services I paid for in my package. They refused. I asked that, at the end of the year, my plan be renewed for only those services they would perform. Instead they increased my plan. This morning they refused to provide even basic services because I didn’t give my 15 year old a sedative at home before an annual shot. For two years I’ve been just trying to receive basic services that I have paid more that $2700 in insurance premiums and have been turned away without anything in return. I have attempted numerous times to contact the corporate headquarters in California. You can expect to be put on hold for up to an hour (I finally hung up). Don’t seem to care about the animals, just how much they can bill or charge.

  My boy died shortly after a dental cleaning here. Go to Oak wood instead, much better staff.
