  Friendly staff and quick easy appointments. My only concerns: they do not call you on surgery days, they ask you to call and get an update. So when they close at 5pm and you are just getting out of work yourself and they’re closed and no one provided a medical update on your pet surgery day. Also, they made me wait until my female cat was in heat to fix her then charged me $30 extra for it. I called twice before the surgery to get it moved up and they refused. She was 7 months old on surgery day and of course in heat. She also needed 2 separate surgeries since they refused to work with me to get her in sooner or to do the surgeries together at the same time. Would not recommend to go here if you want your female cat spayed. Research and go elsewhere who won’t make you wait until they’re almost a year old.

  My family has been going to Rossoni Animal Hospital since Dr. Schollenberger took over the practice, and we’ve always received exceptional care, compassion, and professionalism from the entire team. Although I’ve lived in NYC for over 10 years, I still make it a point to fly my dog back to Michigan whenever I visit family—just so he can see Dr. S and Cheryl for his care. It might sound extreme, but after visiting four different vets in New York who’ve tried to upsell me on unnecessary procedures and treatments, which cost thousands of dollars, I’ve come to truly appreciate the honesty, compassion, and genuine care that Dr. S and Cheryl provide every single time. This is a business -- but unlike many veterinary clinics, they don’t take advantage of the emotional bond you have with your pet. Instead, they genuinely prioritize your animal’s well-being over profit, offering honest recommendations, while still having an affordable price. Thank you Dr. Schollenberger and the rest of the Rossoni Animal Hospital team.

  My family has used Rossoni Animal Clinic/hospital since the early 1960's. Through the years are pets have received the best care from the professional staff at Rossoni. Everything from regular vaccinations to uthinasia 😮‍💨 has been trusted to the expert staff at Rossoni's. We have taken our birds, cats and dogs for the expert care to Rossoni's. We have recommended many of our family and friends to this clinic.
