I pay the rush fee and usually it only take about 15 minutes since she’s short hair and doesn’t get a cut. I waited 20 minutes shopping around the store, went back there and the girl was doing confirmation calls instead of working on my dog. So she was back in the cage when I pay extra so that doesn’t happen. When I asked her about it, she said that’s not what the rush fee is. Then went back and finished grooming her. It’s not right, I couldn’t believe it. And also, she said my dog was in the dryer but she shouldn’t be because she has a short nose with difficulty breathing known to the breed. If I do come back it will only be with Chelsea.
