- PPPoohwear6 days ago5.0My dog has been itching all his life with minimal relief, I take my dog to Banfield desperate for help. Within minutes he told me what I needed. Gave my baby a shot. And he hasn’t been itching since. Unbelievable. ‼️‼️STOP‼️‼️ letting your baby suffer and take them to Banfield!!
- LCLauren CokerApr 2, 20261.0Absolutely horrible office! The front desk receptionist seems a little off/slow. I brought my dog in for really bad allergies. I normally take him to the northville location but they unfortunately did not have immediate availability. I booked a 8:15am online drop off appointment the night before. Now let me say… I am familiar with drop off appts at the northvile location. I’ve never dropped my dog off for longer than 45 minutes. After 2 hours of waiting in the parking lot, I went in and asked for an update. The front desk girl went to the back to speak to the doctor only to come back out and tell me that they haven’t even gotten to my dog for an evaluation. I immediately, sarcastically asked her “so my dog has just been sitting there in the back for over 2 hours now?” I asked her to bring me my dog back and I would take him somewhere. No apology. A “sorry for the delay”. Nothing. I understand that offices get overwhelmed. They might have been short-staffed, etc. but I’m all about communication. I will NEVER go back.

She received shots and pointed out a potential issue with her teeth that I was very glad to know of now. I highly recommend these folks.

Each time I’m on hold for upwards of 10mins and still no answer. At this point I’m canceling the appointment.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
