- NWNikki WDec 16, 20251.0We had our first and last appointment here last month. We were new and my dog has very bad anxiety. Dr. Leblanc was very dismissive and made me and my dog feel very unwanted. I understood that my dog wasn't cooperating but instead of trying to ease him or work with us, she just said try a muzzle next time there's nothing we can do. It was like we were bothering her and she just wanted to go home. She also saod "ai see a lot ot pits and yours is the worst Ive seen with anxiety". That statement was unnecessary and made me feel even worse. The vet tech was the sweetest person and could tell I was upset after the appointment. I would come back to see the vet tech but would not come back for the Dr.
