They pushed me to put asleep my kitten, lied to me about x rays they did not perform, thhreated me with animal control. Horrible horrible experience. And if your pet dies (even if it is Ill and has no chancethey will continue to charge you!

The technician was unable to handle my dog, the veterinarian never came out to see him, and staff members were rude and dismissive. A comment was made that they do not take “big dogs with bad behavior,” which was unprofessional. Despite no exam being performed and the veterinarian not seeing my dog, we were charged $150 and told the vet had “seen the chart.” We were also incorrectly told that my dog had only been seen at this location once before. This is inaccurate. He has been seen at this same facility on the following documented dates: 2/04/26 3/23/24 7/23/24 8/08/23 8/29/23 11/03/23 11/27/23 No solutions, alternatives, or referrals were offered — only billing. I would not recommend this location, especially for owners of large or anxious dogs.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
