- LLLakebra4 days ago2.0I've been in this Petco 3 different times and the customer service is not inviting. The staff doesn't ask if you need help. The only person that spoke was the cashier. I will spend my money and time at else where.

- MFMargie FApr 6, 20261.0I literally just walked in the store nobody was at the register they were back on the floor doing something with product talking amongst each other I walked around the fish aquarium area and walked right behind an employee again on the floor and none of the employees even noticed I was in the store so I left out and now I'm writing this review anybody could come in that store and there was no acknowledgment and they wouldn't even know cuz they're not paying attention you need better employees.

- ZWZOIE WIGGINSMar 7, 20261.0I came into Petco to pick up a DoorDash order on the evening of 3/7/26 and had a very unpleasant experience. One of the employees named Nate was extremely rude and dismissive when I asked for help locating items for the order. Instead of assisting me, he continued helping other customers and seemed uninterested in helping me at all. His attitude was very unwelcoming and unprofessional. I also asked another employee for help, a Caucasian woman with black hair who was working at the time. When I asked her a question, she acted as if she couldn’t hear me even though we were standing only a couple feet apart. She said she couldn’t help because she was “teaching a class,” but she appeared to just be standing nearby watching a dog and its owner. The interaction felt very dismissive and disrespectful. As someone picking up a DoorDash order, I am still representing a customer who placed and paid for their items, and basic assistance should be expected. The lack of professionalism and willingness to help made the experience frustrating and uncomfortable. I hope management looks into this and ensures that all customers and delivery drivers are treated respectfully
