They weren't pushy at all but could answer all my questions about the various harnesses as the puppy grows. I come back here again and again. The foods available here also seem to be a solid notch or more better than what you'd see at Petco or Pets-Mart.
- DBDeb BuzarNov 22, 20255.0My husband and I visited this location to bathe our two goldens. Our male is calm and our female is terrified of getting a bath. There are two private rooms to wash your pet. They are well stocked with towels, a variety of shampoos and conditioners as well as a dryer. The bath is the perfect height so you don't wrench your back while giving a bath. They have leashes for you to use to restrain your dog if you like. What I loved most was that you did not have to use the noose as you do at another self dog wash establishment. No distractions of other dogs just feet away from you in a communal space. The dryer is adjustable and not super loud. You can dry them in the tub. Our girl did so well at getting a bath I will never take them elsewhere. If you need nail trimming, the service the use has a lift so groomer can easily do their nails. No noose. You do need to schedule separately. Great store with wonderful staff and a huge variety of food, treats and toys.
