  I purchased a bag of dog food around new year’s time. I always buy the Merrick brand which is not cheap and I have never had an issue with it before. Over the last month I started noticing small black beetles in my apartment. I have never had an issue with bugs in my apartment prior to this, even during the summer months. I started noticing bugs in my dog’s food when I put it in his bowl. I keep his food in a storage container and when I went to investigate I found multiple black beetles at the bottom of the container. It is very unlikely that I started have a bug problem in the middle of winter so I can only assume it came from the food. I now have to have pest control come out to spray my apartment.

  We shop here regularly for food and supplies for our pets. Have always enjoyed their great selection and quality of the products they carry. The staff is consistently kind and helpful. Today we had an experienced that solidified their place in the retail hall of fame for us. Our dog had an unfortunate run in with a skunk. He was upset and we had no idea what to do. We called ahead to make sure it was OK to bring him by to use their doggy spa room and they were happy to help us out. They assisted us in finding the right cleaning solution that would work best for our guy. They made sure we had all the supplies we needed and checked in with us as we worked on getting our dog cleaned up. They really helped us get through the chaos and stress of how to deal with a very smelly dog. We all left happy and relieved. We can’t thank them enough!

  Clean store, super friendly staff. Cat food selection was not as plentiful but the staff assured me they could order whatever I needed. Beware of parking lot and drivers.

  Super friendly and attentive staff. Huge variety to choose from. They even have a public restroom, which is very unusual to see in a pet supply store. They have diy pet grooming space and host seasonal pet pictures. Just a breath of fresh air for all pet parents.

  Ya se convirtió en el lugar donde llevaremos a nuestros perritos a bañar siempre. Las cabinas están super equipadas con todo lo necesario para pasar la mejor experiencia, la atención de los empleados es excelente, se siente muy limpio y lo mejor es que las cabinas son completamente aisladas así que si tu perro se pone nervioso con otros perros entonces este es el lugar. El precio es increíble, pagamos solo 15 usd por cada uno y ya con todo incluido
