First I book all three of my dogs and at the last minute they cancel one of the dogs appointments right before Christmas so one dog is looking crazy at Christmas, but I get it, things happen. Then we bring the puppy home after getting groomed and she has razor burn on her butt that I’ve been having to tend to. Then it comes time to bring the third dog back for her grooming appointment (by now she looks horrible and is in terrible need of a grooming) and when I get there they inform me they can’t take her due to her having seizures. Now I understand policy but I had informed them she had seizures prior even spoke to one of the groomers and it wasn’t an issue when I booked the appointment!. And on top of all of it, their groomers are rude, have an attitude, and act like they’re annoyed they have to be there doing their job

We called the salon afterwards to ask questions and find out about what his groom was like, but we didn’t get a call back. Not sure if we’ll go back again.

Then doing further examination I see that they cut my dog under her chin and didn’t even say anything to me. I called once I noticed to speak with a manger no one ever contacted me back . My FIRST & LAST VISIT with PETCO .
