Rude staff, our cat has been in 3 times in 3 months for deworming and now we can’t even get them to give us the results of the most recent stool sample we dropped off 5 days ago now. Very rude when I called to try to find out when I could get results. Absolutely unprofessional behavior. Also, they won’t help your pet in front of you, so if that’s how they treat the paying customer, I can’t imagine what a frightened animal may experience. Funny thing is, we have 2 other cats, no worm issues with them at all but we take them to REAL veterinary clinics, we ended up here by default when we got this cat, and won’t be here for long. Stop taking your pets here. The humane society can provide better and likely cheaper care if budget is your issue.

We had a great experience since the initial call with Kayla. Even when miserably sick, our cat is EXTREMELY challenging to treat as he gets overly stressed at the vet or under any medical procedure. He would need anesthesia to be seen, tested and treated, but the team understood the difficulties and kept him with us all the time and, on the second visit, the technician was able to draw blood (then we understood he was not struggling with kidney issues - as previously diagnosed by one of those big chains vet care - but liver). They allowed us to bring all the necessary medications and supplies to treat him at home and he’s alive and thriving! Thanks to Dr John, Kayla and (our special thanks to) Natasha.

Brought my cat in to be nurtured, he was 100% healthy had no history of ANY medical problems. 6 days after surgery my cat was diagnosed by them with pancreatitis. I expressed to them that he was not well, weak, barely moving and not eating or drinking. They gave me some medication and charged me $230, my cat died the next morning. I expressed my concern and I feel like that just took my money and didn’t take it seriously how bad he actually was. Of course I spoke with the Dr and they took zero responsibility. DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMALS HERE!
