Our vet tech was Jaylyn (sorry if I spelled that wrong) the attention to detail in this difficult situation was nice they gave us vials with our cats fur in it. Nose and paw prints along with seeds to plant. She was so gentle with our sweet girl while placing her in the bag that we took her home in to be buried. It’s such a difficult decision to put down a pet but I never once felt judged by any member of staff there. Thank you for all you did for our girl.

Our emergency vet put him on a prescription diet for the rest of his life. Dix hospital recommended that he go off his diet after one visit? Said that since he is cleared now he can eat regular food. That’s not how it works at all. They also refused to give us a medical card that would allow us to buy the prescription food. Every time I’ve called to ask about it they told us they would call back in a half hour or so and then just never do lol.

After getting a couple shots and being sent home with some medication my girl is looking and acting like herself again. I feel confident in bring her or her brother back for any future services. Thank you for taking care of my girl :)
- AAAngieFeb 13, 20261.0I sent my daughter here because her cat may be dying and on their website says $25 for first visit and they charged her $60 just to tell her there wasn't anything they could do without $550 of test. It's really sad the way these vets try to drain you when your about to lose one of your closest family members. This Vet would get no stars if it was up to me!!
