Great communication - lots of clarifying questions, so she knew exactly what I wanted. I paid $45 less than other places, and the cut was actually so much nicer. My long hair cut was terribly matted, i felt zero judgement. The goal: keep the legs and tail long (winter months are cold), and shave down any matted areas. Everything is blended and smooth. I love the way she shaped the face area, looks like a kitten again. My cat has never had this nice of a cut, usually it has to grow out to look nice. Now I can get her groomed more often.
