I brought my 4 month old poodle mix puppy for his second groom, first time having his face and feet clipped and he was a terror! Despite trying to prepare him for this, he was not a happy camper. Haidyn was so sweet with him the whole time and has the patience of a saint. She managed to do exactly what I asked for on a wiggly naughty puppy. Ya'll have made a customer for life.

My groomer has always been Haley; and she is an exceptional groomer who listens to what you want done and then achieves that. I had Sadie groomed day before Halloween, and Haley used a safe and completely washable stencil pattern to paint a spider and bat on her, getting her ready for trick-or-treating the next evening.

I can trust this business to put great detail into their work and I am satisfied with the product every time. My favorite part about the salon is how friendly the staff are, they make sure to have good communication. I am paying half price here to get my dog groomed than what I paid in another state which was 100+, with prices and an atmosphere as affordable and welcoming as the Elegant Pooch they will have a furever customer out of me!
