I visited this location approximately 1.5 to 2 years ago and did not observe any birds at that time. I was able to complete the task within 20 minutes on that day even. Upon my inquiry regarding the subject of their discussion, they offered an apology and clarified that they had mistakenly identified me. Furthermore, the restroom facilities are unacceptably unsanitary. The establishment lacked paper towels and shopping carts, and the animal selection was notably limited, leading me to question its classification as a pet store. The manner in which I was approached significantly influenced my decision not to return. My identity was not questioned; rather, a false assertion was made.

Rick personally helped us get started by providing many options and discussing our needs. He was extremely knowledgeable and provided assistance far beyond expectations. Customer service was top notch. We will definitely be returning for any further purchases
