- DDDJFeb 10, 20261.0Had a great groomer that continuously went to, until she no longer worked there. Tried another person and recieved the worst groom ever. I have a golden retriever and sometimes his hair behind the ears gets somewhat matted. We constantly brush it out or trim it out ourselves. This groomer felt like she was grooming a matted poodle and literally shaved down to skin a huge chunk. Like she’s rather not take the time to cut it out. Very inexperienced and baffled that this was what she resorted to. Never will be coming back - such a joke. They also have a high turnover rate of groomers - gee, I wonder why.

Emily was very gentile with her and would gradually introduce the blow dryer to show her it is okay and won’t hurt her. I highly recommend Petco. I also like the salon entrance is in the front of the building.

They quoted me 80 and 67 total ended up over 200 dollars for my dogs they add a bunch of upcharges for stuff they are SUPPOSE TO BE doing! They charge you for dematting when there just shaving your dog bald rather then actually Dematting them! THEY Charge for conditioner! They Charge for how long it takes them to Shave your dog! Which is totally on them! They are terrible groomers cannot groom poodles at all and overalll are money hungry people ! Will never go here AMANDA AND TERRI ABSOLUTELY SUCK!

The best part was how kind Amanda was to our dog Benji. She handled him gently and spoke to him quietly as she worked with him. He came out from the work station with his tail wagging. She did the best job of trimming his extra long nails of anyone who has ever trimmed them. We will definitely be back. Thank you Amanda!
