I ordered $150 in fish online from them and was guaranteed delivery in 1-2 days but instead they just took my money and now over a week later the fish i ordered still shows that they haven't even been packed, let alone shipped. I made sure to order them so they would be delivered on a day that my family would be home and got duped. I emailed their customer service with concerns and was told " they are coming from a third party" and was given no answers or help otherwise besides, " you will be emailed when they ship". My kids were heart broken when their promised fish didn't arrive and continue to ask every day when or if they are even getting fish for their empty 55 gallon tank. Im out $150 and am beyond upset and discouraged from EVER ordering from this website again!
