- CPCole PungJan 21, 20261.0There used to be an older gal that worked there that cared about the quality of life for the fish tanks they have. Now that she is no longer there. There is a younger gal that has been taking care of them. We have been in twice now to get new fish for our fish tanks. And she was very very aggressive while catching them. She actually killed one of the ember tetras out of the school we got. Like was alive and then as soon as it got to the bag dead. The plants we have gotten that are attached to the drift wood in the tanks and in the basket in their separate tanks. She either handles them with less care causing the stems to break. Bought $17 Anubis driftwood log and she snapped the plants stems by dropping it into the bag upside down. The bag she dropped it into, was on the ground while she held it open and just carelessly dropped it into upside down. We will be taking our business elsewhere when it comes to buying live plants and new fish. We will only be going there for tank maintenance stuff. Only if we can’t get out to Grand Rapids. Dead snails, poor water quality, keeping Angel fish with cichlid fish together and then saying the aggression is due to “cleaning” the tank and doing a “water change” recently. . (Passive and aggressive fish wow. ) They won’t live in the ionia tab water but I figured I would try for business”. Disgusting.
