Even though they were short staffed and busy, he took his time helping us pick out the right fish and made the whole experience so much more fun for my kids while still educating us on fish care and never made us feel rushed or like we were an inconvenience! We will definitely come back to Bob for all our fish needs! We tried a local pet shop (VIPets in Holland) first and after 30min and ZERO help, we left and decided to try Petco (in Holland) and I'm SO GLAD we did! Bob deserves a raise because I'm sure I'm not the first customer he's converted to a lifelong patron! Can't say enough good things about our experience there!

I got my bearded dragon 2 years ago and had so many questions the first year. Jennifer is extremely knowledgeable about reptiles and helped me figure out how to get a good set up and how to supplement food on a schedule. I really appreciate that she recognizes me when I come in and knows my beardie. She helps me find what I need. I am a loyal customer now.
