I have many concerns about the way the whole situation was handled not about being “told no,” and definitely not about expecting a puppy at the expense of its health. I support responsible care and adoption processes.
What I don’t support is being spoken to in a disrespectful and personal way. Your message was unprofessional, insulting, and unnecessary. Criticizing customers, making assumptions, and using name-calling doesn’t reflect well on your business or the environment you claim to provide.
I wish the puppies the best and hope they receive the care they deserve. I won’t be returning, but I hope future interactions with other potential adopters are handled with more professionalism than this.
Take care.

I had the absolute pleasure of adopting my sweet Diesel Uriah Hanford from this amazing place, and I can honestly say they have been nothing short of incredible! From the very first moment, you can tell how much they truly love and care for their puppies.
I’ll never understand how anyone could ever leave them a negative review. If they did, it’s probably because they didn’t realize how sensitive puppies can be. Just like babies, they can get overstimulated and need quiet time to rest — and this place understands that better than anyone. They make sure every puppy feels safe, calm, and loved.
Ever since I brought Diesel home, they’ve called every single night to check on him and make sure he’s doing okay. That kind of genuine care and dedication is so rare these days. Diesel is thriving, and I’m so thankful for the wonderful people who gave him the best start in life. I’d recommend them a thousand times over! ❤️🐾

I had a terrible experience at Puppy Dog Nursery. The owner was extremely rude and unprofessional, which really set the tone for the whole visit. The place smelled bad as soon as I walked in, and it didn’t seem very clean or well-kept.
They advertise “free puppy playtime,” but it’s mostly just a way to try and sell you overpriced dogs. The prices were way higher than other places I’ve been to, and the overall atmosphere didn’t make me feel confident that the puppies were being cared for properly.
All in all, it’s just not worth it. Between the rude owner, bad smell, and high prices, I wouldn’t recommend Puppy Dog Nursery to anyone looking for a good experience with their pets.
(The owner doesn’t like critique or criticism)

I was extremely disappointed by the owner’s unprofessional attitude during my interaction with Puppy Dog Nursery. Instead of approaching customers with respect and understanding, she spoke abruptly and dismissively — creating an unpleasant and unnecessary tension. In a business that relies on trust and care, this kind of behavior is simply unacceptable.
Good communication is not just about giving information, it’s about listening, showing empathy, and treating people with basic courtesy. If the owner took the time to engage with customers calmly and respectfully, it would greatly improve both her reputation and the experience she offers.
I truly hope she takes this as constructive feedback. Every business can face challenges, but how the owner handles those moments defines the professionalism of the entire operation. A little patience and better communication could make a world of difference.

I went in today with my friend we weren’t being loud. We weren’t being disruptive. We actually looked at the same dog as another person, and they were gonna have a play time. No one was looking to buy them whatever then we went to look at a Boston terrier. we didn’t know that the Boston terrier was being looked at by other people to buy him. They never told us that we couldn’t because they never gave us options of what dogs to look at, and then we seen the owner of the nursery Take the older woman into the room behind where all the dogs are kennel led and we proceeded to see her yell at her employee behind the glass and then after that she came out and was like you guys can still see the Boston terrier, but for me to run a business I can’t have people coming in trying to Play with dogs while there’s people actually trying to buy the dogs. I offer a free service I cannot have people coming in and scaring away my customers because They wanna look at the dog but not buy them. I’m here for people that wanna buy my dogs and not to mention, I was actually looking at an animal to buy, and I was just wanting to meet it before I made any insinuation on buying the dog so for those reasons I will not be buying for puppy dog nursery and I’ll be looking other places. With better customer service
Xoxo,
Just a girl ✌️😘
Edit: Proverbs 15:31-32 Please read up on this it’s a great reminder of what it means to be a God fearing Christian. Or so you claim to be and it seems whatever I said struck a nerve 🥺 I hate being told no, like you being told criticism like you said it’s a business and clearly with you priorities you’re on thin Ice.
