- LHLily HealeyJan 4, 20261.0The main vet lady is super rude and dismissive, she rushed out of the room after talking to us for less than five mins and when we had questions and asked the vet tech to ask the vet to come back so she could answer our questions, she just sent the vet tech back with some bullshit answer. The main vet was immediately rude and defensive as soon as she walked in and didn’t seem like she even wanted to help us. This vet used to be so good when it was the old owner but now they just push products and don’t listen to you. I counted 12 advertisements in our little room. We came in trying to get medication for our cats long term behavioral issues and got sent out with catnip spray. Will not be coming back to this vet.

All the ladies in the office are very friendly and you can all tell they love animals, which makes me feel safe and comfortable having my fur baby under their care. The doctor is amazing too and you can tell she really loves what she does! Our first appointment, she got right down and sat on the floor to say hello to Jerry. He also loves going to the vet and isn’t afraid at all, so you know it’s a great office!! So grateful I was referred here :)
