  After years of going to this place and being a valuable customer. I was told by the manager Jenn that my dog cannot come back due to his aggravation with being blow dried and that drying his hair takes too long. Not only was this an issue but they consistently increased the cost of my dogs grooming price. First it was he is too large and then next it a was it takes too long to dry him.

  I love this store it’s the store I go to for my pets and everything but today I had somthing happen to me that really got me fully angry went in there at like 10 minutes before they closed trying to find a toy for my gfs dog was with my gf we where walking around for a good 10-15 minutes where never asked to leave once untill my girlfriend said a swear word to me and a old lady worker at the counter started screaming at the top of her lungs saying get out and her reasons where 1 cuz we where there 5 mins after close and 2 because my gf had said a swear word not to anyone else but to me and then clammed that we didn’t look like we where gonna buy anything I was hot I didn’t wanna make a big scene because this is the store I go too to get all my animals food but getting my ear yelled in and then after getting followed out and she’s tried to argue with me more called after and the manger was a great guy and said he would leave a note for the gm witch is awsome but just thought I would talk about my experience today

  The young man who rang me up was attentive and kind. He took care with the items he was ringing up and responded to my excitement about adopting two new kittens. He signed me up for the frequent buyer program easily and quickly and I was all set to go. His entire conversation improved my visit to Petco completely!
