- VDVicki DavisDec 16, 20251.0The Farmington Hill location abuse the Petco policy of referring dogs out making it hard to go to all Petco locations. The Manager Jennifer was very rude to when I had a conversation with her about my situation. I have a small dog. She gets grooming service monthly. I have taken her to others locations to have grooming service with no problems. She is not aggressive and she has never bitten anyone or any groomers. So I decided to take her to the Farmington Hill location last month. I made my appointment with the groomer who name is Lilly. She was a very new groomer with very little experience. At my dog appointment she was denied grooming service. I believe that she did not want to service my dog due to her hanging tongue and when I questioned her she placed my dog on the refer out list. That I feel was unjustifiable. When I talked to the manager Jennifer about the situation she said to me that she will not take my dog off the list and there’s nothing I can do about it. I have made a formal complaint with Petco Corporation because I would like to have my dog removed from the list so I would be allowed to take her to other Petco locations. If you have had the same experience being placed on the list please contact or post it. PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS LOCATION. SO THIS ISSUE WILL NOT HAPPEN TO YOU AND GETTING YOUR DOG BANNED FROM ALL PETCO LOCATIONS FOR GROOMING SERVICE. Also I am still waiting for a response from Petco Corporation. HAPPY HOLIDAYS EVERYONE🎄🎄🎄
