I’d rather give my business to Amazon because at least they’ll deliver and it’s cheaper. There’s literally no incentive to shop at this corporation other than temporarily providing A retail job for the employees which they can easily replace elsewhere.

This Petco does not seem to be a good fit for big or heavy dogs. The grooming cleanup was not done well, and when I arrived for pickup, they added a note on my account saying my dog was “not a good fit.” In my opinion, the service itself was not a good fit. If you are charging around $100, the grooming should be completed properly, and staff should have the support they need to handle larger dogs. I hope management can provide additional help or training so customers with big dogs can have a better experience in the future.
