Unfortunately, this last time she was dropped off and then left in the crate for an hour before they called to inform us they wouldn't be able to bath and groom her due to a small cut on her nose (that has been on there for years and reopens due to extreme weather, this has never been an issue before when we have brought her in). Not feeling comfortable moving the forward with the service would have been fine, but to leave my dog in a crate for an hour before contacting us is really disheartening especially since she suffers from extreme anxiety. I understand other appointments run over, but an hour is ridiculous. She was soaked down the front when picked up due to the distress she was under. Will be finding another grooming business that honors appointment times and has a little more empathy.
