  Their kindness and compassion is more than I could ever write and explain in a Google review. Every one here an Angel animal hospital has bigger hearts for not only the cats and pups that come through for regular care, to being in dire need of help. But to the humans that bring their fur bearing children in. Whether they are rescues, or your own feline/canine they really do care so deeply. I had no idea how much, but now I do know. Thank you Angel Animal Hospital. Thank you for carding for me even when I bite off more than I can chew, even when things go good, then bad. Thank you for your kindness and willingness to go above and beyond staying late even when you guys are so tired. You guys truly care, and it’s needed in this world. Thank you guys for being the difference, you make this world a way better place. And I’m so happy to know my kitties are in your care. Thank you from the bottom to the top of my heart. 🖤🤍

  My situation was sudden, terrible and so scary to me as the "owner." It was my first visit. An emergency for my male cat. Everyone. From the phone to the front desk, Doctors and techs. Everyone I came in contact with was Extremely Concerned, Careing, Friendly and EMPATHETIC. The service was Excellent!! Hardly any wait time and even then, we were already in a room and very well cared for! The wait was test results which is not something that can even be sped up!! Dr. Gill was very informative and explained everything to me AND made sure I understood through my tears. She was ready and willing to answer any and all questions. I NEVER felt rushed or unheard. I did not feel like they were ripping me off or doing unnecessary testing as I have, Very Often with other veterinarians. My situation was terrible. They guided me to an ER and all my information was at the ER when I arrived. The Dr actually called ahead (as the ER requested) and talked to the Dr at the ER. There was no delay in my baby getting the care he needed. I will be switching my 3 other pets to Angel Animal Hospital Novi directly after the holidays. I cannot say enough good things about this practice and my experience (Especially the day after a Holiday!) Most important they are Kind, Patient and Truly Care. Dr (Gill is who we saw. I am sure the other Dr is amazing as well!) Dr Gill was willing to educate me and questions did not seem to annoy or irritate her. This practice is a Totally Different Experience than I have EVER had dealing with veteranariens. I have never experienced the care, knowledge and efficiency as Angel Animal Hospital in Novi.

  Our cat is diabetic and his blood sugar is dropping, and Dr. Singh took us in as a walk-in and took care of them. Thank you so much.

  I don’t recommend bringing pets here. They were great for a while and we had a good experience for a while, but then my dog started vomiting and defecating blood. We took him to the ER twice and each time all the tests showed negative for anything. My husband and I were at a loss and did allergy testing for my dog prior to our appointment here, and found out he has a poultry allergy. The doctor pretty much told us it was a waste of money and there’s no such thing as allergies for dogs. Furthermore, instead of requesting ER records of the test results, she ran THE SAME TESTS ($650 worth) and said the same thing that everything was normal and there was nothing more we could do. We switched vets who validated our findings. Ever since then, my dog switched diets and has been thriving. The female vet here made us feel stupid and like we didn’t know our own dog, and just wanted money for testing. I was absolutely distraught with the whole experience and don’t ever plan on going back.

  They don't ask if you're satisfied with services. They keep sending emails to get you to make appointments, and keep sending them even after unsubscribing 3 times. Receptionist is snotty unhelpful type, says it's not her problem. Very sad situation.
