She was experiencing several issues, and the front desk took us in right away, which was such a relief. Almost immediately, a vet assistant came in to do intake, asked thorough questions, and checked her weight and temperature. Shortly after, the vet came in and carefully went over all of my concerns. I really appreciated how we were able to walk through each issue in detail and how clearly everything was explained—it truly put my mind at ease. The vet later returned with recommendations and gave me the choice on how to proceed, with no pressure at all. The entire visit took about an hour because we did do blood work. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the vet was attentive and compassionate. I would absolutely bring my cat back here for any future treatment. Highly recommend!
