  Great experience everytime. Staff is friendly and super helpful. Great customer service!!!! I came to Petco for food and litter for my new kittens. The older gentlemen that helped me was extremely helpful and patient. The staff overall is awesome at this location. I have talked with numerous staff members here and it has always been a great experience!!!! Great team of workers at this location Always a welcoming atmosphere and clean establishment I purchased Whole hearted and Blue Buffalo and Dr Elsey's litter for my kittens and my older cat

  Great selection of products. The staff is very helpful. I also take my dog there for grooming. Highly recommended.

  Reading the previous negative reviews, i guess this store employee's, gets upset when customers come in close to closing time. I came into the store last night at 6:50 to return one item. A man in street clothes, no vest or anything finally decided to help me after taking his time and gave me all the reason necessary to never visit this store again. Rude, disgruntled, bad attitude, overall terrible customer service. As a paying customer, you shouldnt have to deal with this kind of service. Go to the petco on 12 mile and dequinder, contact corporate, and let this location eventually close due to underperformance and inability to meet expected sales. The employees doesnt care. and neither should you. Your money matters.

  On Sunday 10-19-25 already a disheartening day for our family. My 2yr old grandson and I went in this establishment, where my grandson looked at the GloFish as well as the other fish and other small animals, just as his mother came in and I was allowing him to pick out or look at what animals he would like to have as pets, a store employee who said his name was June - j u n e African-American male facial hairs; says to a 2 year old don't touch the glass ... Not a redirective don't touch the glass more they command a demand deep base .. yes his mom auntie and I lost it walking out with our making a purchase . and I still stand by what I said he would not have spoken a 2ys Yt or other CHILD the way he spoke to my grandson . And I really wanted that Brazilian white knee tarantula but that particular store will get no more of my money unless it's Dyer emergency or I'll just suck it up and buy it from meijer's . So June I hope you have a chance to think about your actions though my $ may not matter but enough people stop spending bcuz of you the company will listen 👂🏾 🙏🏾🤔
