  Great service. Very quick to be seen. Recently my dog needed stitches and got in right away. They even trimmed his nails while he was sedated. In the past even simple things like ear infection or even a nail trim also got in right away. This is a really good urgent care set up for dogs, especially when you can’t get into your normal vet office fast. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The doctor is great and very knowledgeable. You can tell they all really like animals and treat them well! Great urgent care services.

  I had a cat who went to the vet he did X-rays blood work said he could find nothing wrong with him he was throwing up and would not eat he gave me appetite stimulant. He got a little better. 2 months later he was throwing up blood. Took him to Pet Care Plus Hilary Schwafel was the vet who saw him. She did x ray and blood work and suggested and Ultra sound she saw something and it was cancer of the stomach thank goodness she was persistent we now knew what we were dealing with. My Leo only lived 2wks after that. But thanks to this Pet Care they knew how to find the problem and Leo did not suffer longer than necessary. I am Thankful for these kind people. This was last July. Since then they have treated another one of my cats. Now tomorrow we will be taking in yet another one. I trust this staff, to help us.

  I cannot say enough wonderful things about PCP. They are truly the kindest people I have ever met. They are compassionate and supportive. On Thursday morning, my sweet baby girl, Luna who is a 7 year old yellow Labrador crossed the rainbow bridge. The doctor and staff helped my baby girl, eased her suffering and gently guided her to the otherside. They hugged me and gave me peace during my tragic loss. I would tell anyone and everyone to go there.

  I recently brought my Belgian Malinois, Zeus, to Pet Care Clinic in Davison and had a really great experience with their team. Zeus had been having diarrhea and occasional vomiting for about two weeks after I switched his food. Another clinic had suggested multiple X-rays right away, so I came here for further evaluation. When I explained the situation, the staff at Pet Care Clinic took the time to ask several detailed questions first. They asked if Zeus was still eating and drinking normally and whether he was vomiting food or water right after eating. When I told them he was still eating and drinking normally and not throwing it up immediately, they said they wanted to re-evaluate before jumping into multiple X-rays. They explained that if something had actually been stuck inside him for two weeks, he would likely be much sicker. Because of that, they recommended starting with blood work and doing just one X-ray to be safe rather than several. The X-ray came back completely normal, and based on the exam and blood work they determined it was most likely related to the food change and possibly a mild infection. They treated him with medication and thoroughly explained everything along the way. Even though the visit ended up being around $600 with the exam ($150), X-ray($65 per), blood work($65), and medication, I truly appreciated that they took the time to listen, evaluate the situation properly, and not run unnecessary tests. Yes I know $600 is high BUT anywhere else probably would've just done full 3 X-rays and so much more. My anxiety went way down because I was worried it was going to be a vet bill near 5k... The team was very professional, thorough, and clearly cared about making sure Zeus was okay. I’m very thankful for their help and would absolutely recommend Pet Care Clinic to other pet owners.
