It was hard to find anybody. Your prices have gone up drastically. So I kind of decided not to go to Petco as much. And what's really annoying is you have different prices online then you do in the store. Now the clerk will match the price but then you've got to look everything up online and show it to them. Then they'll give you the cheaper price. Then I tried the repeat delivery thing. I didn't go through with it because I have three animals and I buy different things and you didn't have some of the things I needed. Plus there were some things that you were going to deliver and other things that you were going to ship. I don't want all that - some things being delivered, some things being shipped (one item was going to take 6 days), some things I have to go in the store and get it. You guys used to be pretty helpful, but with the price hikes, the online and in store price discrepancies, and the customer service not being as good as before (in my latest visit, I asked the girl in the front if they had a certain dog food and I showed her the picture. And she said "well, if it's not on the shelf, then we don't have it"); I've decided not to go to Petco as much.
