The Cadillac Petco gave us a wonderful experience recently, and it was all due to their associate, Cheyenne. We came in to shop for fish and tank supplies. Not only was she super knowledgeable, she told us all the benefits of the app and loyalty program - which we downloaded immediately in the store. We left the store with everything we needed and can't wait to visit again. Thanks for making it an incredible experience, Cheyenne!

I wish I could give this a -0. The store manager, Karissa is absolutely RUDE and very UNPROFESSIONAL! She got pissy with me when I asked for assistance for a price match from PETCO website. She informed me it "wasn't her job" to look up the "price" on Petco's website. I reminded her that how she was speaking to me wasn't good customer service and she pretty much summed it up that she didn't care! I asked her for her name and number to corporate and she wanted to argue. She informed me that the Cadillac store wouldn't even be open if it wasn't for her. She said she is the only reason the store is open and the only one who knows how to run it. She informed me that it didn't matter if I called corporate or not they wouldn't care and wouldn't do anything about it because "she is all they got"....OMG!!!! I will NEVER EVER shop there again! Karissa has NO place being a GM! I called customer service from the parking lot and made a complaint but I will also be contacting the DM or the RM regarding this woman! She is absolutely TERRIBLE!!!!!!

Petco Corporate, As someone who previously worked at Petco, I’ve always treated customers with kindness and respect. Today, I called this store, and instead of politely letting me know they were closed, the employee rudely said, “We open at 10,” and hung up—no good morning or professional explanation of their hours. Your website states that you’re open from 9AM until 8PM. I understand Petco’s opening times, and I know how customer service should be handled. If employees are unhappy with their job, they should not be interacting with customers until they can demonstrate appropriate manners. If answering the phone is a burden, let it go to voicemail. That’s more professional.
