    Our border Collie, Raya enjoyed her spa day and was refreshed, brushed, ears and nails done, too. Her groomer took the time out to get to know her better and was very patient with me, listening to me, since Raya is new to us, too. We will be bringing her back, we liked the punctuality and she was done within an hour.

    The guy that checked us in was super nice and friendly. I explained to him in great detail what we wanted for our small dog. His fur was matted in areas and stressed to him to keep him as long as possible. Well the shock was when picking him up only to see he was shaved as short as could be possible be done. Good thing the guy was gone for the day. We called the manager later and are still waiting to hear back from him, it’s been a week now.
