The review is based off informational purposes, Web site lets you book appointments for various animals but has NO PRICES for any service. On top of that I find it very Ridiculous that Dogs are the only animal that can have there nails clipped at the store . Another thing I set my appointment for a Cat but I got a text from vetco to confirm my appointment for a Cane Corso 🙃 . How does that get mixed up ? I'm sure you guys do very well on your services but it lacks major information. Oh yea get a 24hr customer service line so you can tend to the customers regarding questions about there animals , services and pricing . We as customers shouldn't have to constantly call Petco for information on Vetco and that's a totally different company aside from petco. Get it together ..
