- DFDenise FlackNov 14, 20251.0I’ve never had a good experience at this pet store. The staff is rude, dismissive, and clearly has no interest in customer service or animal welfare. It takes 10 minutes for someone to come to the register, they even have a bell that sits there that I rung. Asking for help is impossible because employees are no where to be found. But the worst part is how horribly the animals are being kept. They had two hamsters stuffed into one tiny cage, with no proper toys, and a wheel that isn’t even safe or suitable for a Syrian hamster, on top of that it was so crammed they couldn’t even run on it if they tried. There were four guinea pigs crammed together in a space far too small for even one. The enclosures were bare, overcrowded, and clearly ignored. It sets no good examples for families taking home these animals. Even the ferrets had nothing to play with, just pacing around in boredom with no enrichment at all. The reptile section is awful as well. Always dead fish sitting in the tanks. It’s obvious the store is cutting corners at the animals expense. The lack of proper care here is shocking and unacceptable. I will never return, and I strongly hope someone steps in to address the neglect happening in this store.
