I scheduled an appointment for my dog to be groomed at 9am as the app allowed today the 7th of Dec, I arrived at 8:50am to be ready for the groomers for my pup. Come to find out that the Manager of the store, Frank Gomez has not shown up nor have his supposed “Managers” for their shifts at 9am when the store opens. This is a constant problem and my now third time waiting for this store to open. Clearly it is run poorly by the ADULT in charge of this location, and aggravating cause I have now waiting for 49 minutes, watched two employees leave saying they were so sorry even though it was not their faults in the slightest. You should have the decency to treat your employees with some respect as you are to set the example for them. Instead your employees have to wait on the management team. As well as a sales loss for almost an hour if not longer, as I left shortly after waiting for an hour to pass. If anyone of decency sees this and can actually make a difference you should see about a reform of this and potentially other locations if this is how it is run. Pathetic. Grooming team you guys are amazing, and I’m sorry for the 1 star. I can’t reward this store with a 5 star with how it is run.
