They answered all our questions and made the experience absolutely wonderful while we met several birds and got to interact with them. After meeting and hanging out with the scarlet macaw, we fell in love and he came home with us. We couldn’t be happier and it’s all thanks to this amazing shop.

We actually were virtual viewers and customers until the coveted dream bird arrived and we drove 16 hours round-trip for our lifetime companion. He was super patient, helpful, flexible and informed. Our shopping experience was next to none virtually and then wowed in store. The amount we were assisted and attended to while exploring his array of feathered friends, food and accessories was second to none. The way he tends to his birds and his honesty about commitment and temperament of all of them make it a trustworthy spot to bird shop!
