However, unbeknownst to me, half of my order was “canceled” with no explanation. That negated my “spend X $s for free same day shipping” so not only was I charged full shipping, only 1 out of 8 items showed up. My card is still pending for the full charge (in addition to to secondary charge since I was able to get a canceled item sent out from a different store). I understand the holiday season can be a tough time, but please, update your website with what is available and give accurate delivery timeframes. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from Petco moving forward..
