I paid $75.99 for grooming, but after the service, Grooming Manager Kirsten G. and Store Manager Rachael tried to enforce a hand-written $20 “late pickup fee” that was not listed in the contract or posted anywhere. When I asked about it, they said it would be “rude to mention the late fee prior to service,” which made no sense. Despite my long history as a customer, they refused to waive the fee, and I was threatened with criminal charges for refusing this undisclosed charge. This was extremely unprofessional and egregious. I hope corporate does what’s right and ensures proper training for their staff.
