- SFStacy ForsytheJan 5, 20261.0I happened to visit Petco today in Allen Park, there was this poor pup on the grooming table screaming its head off, the girl was plucking his ears with hemostats, it looked like she might have been in training, there was five other girls at the front desk listening to this pup scream his head off. He was in distress, very unpleasant sight to see, I myself have plucked many ears with hair powder but not hemostats and never heard a fur baby scream like that. Please people take furry companions elsewhere, Petco seems like it is a training facility, please take your pets to well-known groomers that have been around for a long time..

The cashier tried to convince my husband that the only way to be able to use our reward points is to go through the app and load them, which happens to be very not true, it could have been done right there by the cashier himself. Many times, and at that store, the cashiers load my points for me and also uses them right there on the spot. I.m disabled but its not in my brain.

Tatiana is an excellent trainer and she was able to work with out schedule. I got to know the store staff and they are all great! They greet my dog by name and give her lots of pats! Also great advice from Ryan about my betta fish
- JBJahna BerryDec 8, 20255.0Otis (my 8mth 60lb) Tigger impersonator loves having Tatiana as his personal trainer. We went through two classes with her and she was outstanding. Never losing her cool. Thinking outside the box as I use a wheelchair. We cant wait tongo back for more. The whole staff are wonderful. Alex in grooming is great with Otis. I think we're on a first name basis with the whole staff. We love PetCo The store is always clean, isles are wide for dogs careening their wheelchair mommies into shelves. Seriously though its well planned out and there's not a single road block. The highlight of our visits are when staff stop to pet Otis and see how he's doing in the "wild".
