When I spoke the kind worker on the phone to order wood and explained our timing (quicker the better!) due to our primary furance breaking, they were able to come within a couple days with our order. I was panicked and they were able to help as quickly as they could! I have now ordered additional cords of wood, with no time sensitivity, and have been delivered in a timely manner (around 10 days average). They also go above and beyond on cutting to the right size pieces of wood! I have had to ask for smaller cut pieces due to a physical disability of someone in my household, and not only have they done it, but they were so nice about it, no complaint, sigh of irritation just “of course we can do that for you!”. The best part is they put the wood where ever you point to. The delivery driver has been friendly, kind and helpful. I highly recommend them for your fire wood heating needs. It is quality product with some quality people standing behind them.
