  We have always had good luck with Alana at Petco for grooming our mini poodle. However for our last appointment she was matted and got a full shave. I would have been fine with that however the other groomer shaved off her whiskers, which any groomer should know that is a vital part of a dogs sensory function.

  made an order online went to store to pick it up walked into the store looked around for an associate. There was two off to the side chatting. I saw a sign that said online pickups here, walked over to the area found my package and was walking to the cash register to wait for someone while doing so John ( And associate) Snapped at me telling me that I could not just go over and pick up my package. I replied that I just saw a sign that said pick up here and thought it was like most pick up areas where I shop where you scan a code And the package is in a foot locker when I saw that there was no place to scan a code. I brought the package to the cash. John continued to argue telling me that if I was talking with the manager, they wouldn’t even sell me the item in a very argumentative way, I told John that was fine and they could keep the item. When I went to leave, I decided I would speak with a manager and asked John to get me one. Jon was reluctant but did find a manager all while doing so still arguing with me. The manager was very kind and helpful. Believe his name is Michael. However, John continued his behavior to appoint that Michael had to tell him that he was all set and handling it. I left with my item and told John he should probably work on his customer service skills.

  I’m having my grand-puppy for a week while my daughter and her family are on vacation. I got a few things for him. 😊. Petco has such a huge selection of treats and toys that I had a hard time deciding!
