Was not told I needed to bring vaccination records to the appointment. That made me drive 40 minutes to get there to then get told no they won't be able to help. Then told that I would have to go back next Saturday to get the vaccination clinic and then I could make another appointment after. Granted they where nice but that do not replace the hour and twenty minutes of driving or the gas used in the vehicle on the waist of time just because they did not say on the phone what was required upon arrival for the appointment.
