I texted when I showed up. I waited in my car and never received a return text to come in. So I entered the building 5 mins before my appointment time. Then I had to wait in line. This was my rescues first time in a store. He was over stimulated by all of the dogs. I was nervous because I did not know how my dog would react. Once it was my turn, it was quick. They gave my dog treats to distract him. That experience was a relief.

Beware took our dog in Saturday for routine vaccines, Sunday night she passed away. Petco only offered a refund of cost for the vaccine, and that the cost of the necropsy would be on a reimbursement basis. Our dog was acting normal before the vaccine then went downhill.
