  Generally it’s a great store. We arrived for a walk in service nail trim. We’ve done this before without issue. This time we were told it would be another 2 hours before service because they had other appointments. I pointed out that we just wanted walk in service and had been told before that no appointments were accepted. She told me I’d have to call ahead to see if they’re quickly available in the future. I told her that’s what an appointment is. Anyway, it was clear they had tables open and no one to staff them. I just wish we had a straight and honest answer.

  The person helping me obtain my new fish was awesome! He asked me a lot of great questions and seems to be very knowledgeable and caring about the fish

  Love Petco grooming. Only problem is having to wait so long for pick up. When arriving the girls are not willing to stop and get the dogs out resulting in waiting for them! And then the tickets are not at the register. What a pain!

  I liked my dog going here at first for trimmed nails and a bath however; because my dog got anxious with nail trimming. Bathing and was not aggressive the last time I went there. Kayla the groomer said my dog had a bath and she was not aggressive; however didn't want her to get there she suggested going somewhere else. I'm very disappointed with Petco and will not give recommendations for people to bring there dog here for grooming. II feel Petco don't know how to deal with anxious dogs. However i brought my dog to the groomer and Kayla the groomer didn't say anything that day to me in person; which was this Friday. I had to try to make an appointment on line and that's when it said I could not make any appointment had to call Petco. I talked to her and this is when she said my dog wasn't at the point to be aggressive with her bath ;but suggested another place for her to go get groomed. Topsham was a recommendation. I feel that she could have told me Friday but she couldn't do that either. Petco needs to train there Groomers on how to deal with Anxious dogs. Don't just say you have to bring them somewhere else because they can become aggressive. I will not shop at Petco anymore; you really lost a customer for good.
