The website stated they closed at 6pm and it was not a holiday, so I’m confused on why grooming was already closed when I got there at 5pm. They should have put it on their website at the least.

This was the first time we had them do a hair cut for her and I was nervous because I didn’t want them to truly “cut” her fur, rather just trim up the excess hanging off and her paws and such. The groomer did exactly what I asked for and Luci came home smelling and looking wonderful. We also always get the deshedding add on, and it seems to be well worth the money!
