    This Petco location is really nice. I appreciate the care and the friendliness of all of the staff members and not just the one who is cutting my dog. Kudos to the whole crew.!

    The manager Phoebe did an excellent job on my babies! I asked for a specific cut on my Shorkie and she did exactly as asked. And she both of my babies smelling wonderfully. Thank you Phoebe

    They missed the mark this time around. An inexperienced Groomer cut my dog, and it was not good. Hair and ears were supposed to be rounded, like a poodle and as discussed. Why does the dog have a flat top. The bridge of her nose was cut so close, there was blood. Poor dog would not let me get a closer look because it was so sore and irritated. I had to grab her by her scruff to add ointment. She looks funny and the bridge of her nose looks painful. When I spoke to the groomer, she first tried to blame the scrape from the blades on the possibility of hitting her nose on the cage. She got the, “WTH!” Look. I told her that I wanted a refund and I also wanted to see a manager. She left went to talk to a manager, told me the manager will be out in a few minutes. When the manager did not appear, she told me that the manager wasn’t coming and that she would go see somebody else. I assumed the manager was not interested or wanted to make the time to see me, so the groomer disappeared in the back to speak with another manager. She returned, then offered the refund for the service is rendered. The manager never came out to see the damage done to my dog. Which was quite disturbing. I assumed the Groomer’s word was all they cared about hearing. They never took the time to come out to see the dog or address me the, customer. Got my refund. And took my dog home. Oh I neglected to mention that the Groomer said that it was good that I had actually signed up for the next appointment with the groomer we had preferred. Preferred Groomer should not make a difference. Everybody should be consistent. Which is very disappointing and disheartening at this time. I cannot give Petco a four s3, 2 or five stars. They are only receiving a one because I had an opportunity to speak with the Groomer that we preferred was very kind and professional and experienced with grooming dogs and received my refund as requested. As mentioned before, Petco definitely missed Mark this time. I’ve attached a photo of the bridge of my dog’s nose. Hopefully whoever views this will be able to see the damage done. Unfortunately, the manager was not interested in seeing it. Looks like a dang landing strip!
