All staff incredibly friendly and attentive, making the experience worthwhile. Being a member save me so much in cost and loves the special care my pet receives.

They're very expensive. They can't determine the weight of my poodle 9.9 pounds, 10 1/2, 18 lb. They are not sure what type of dog she is, sometimes she's listed as a terrier. She is a full bred poodle. They're confused on her birthday I've had three different birthdays on her paperwork. If they work for McDonald's they would be doing very good as a cashier by suggestive selling. They want to give the dog all sorts of different vaccines I've had poodles for five decides never even heard of a half of these.

Whoever answered the phone here today when I called was very rude. I asked for help and they spoke to me like I’m an imbecile. If you’re going to work in customer service, please service the customers without any disrespect. I only had to call because I was told through the Live Chat that the website and app service was down. I already don’t like calling for help but it’s people like this woman who answered gives me a reason to continue to not like to call. Wasn’t helpful at all either

This is the second time I have had concerns and have called and left a message requesting to be contacted, but I did not receive any response from the doctor. Previously, the lack of communication led to my dog losing his eye. Now, I am dealing with my dog's kidney failure and still cannot get anyone to call me back. At the last two visits, I received different diagnoses regarding his quality of life. If I get another dog, I will look for a different veterinarian for their care.

No one answers the phone! If they do answer they have you on hold for 20 plus minutes, forcing you to just hang up and try again. I’ve received text messages and emails about it being time for my dog’s vaccinations. I called because I have questions and concerns before scheduling. I understand having a high call volumes, but having customers wait over 20 minutes is not what I consider customer service.
